If you are a student who wants to study at a leading university in the United States of America on a full scholarship, then you will be glad to know that there are many scholarship programs that you can apply for.

However, if you are just beginning your college journey, then it is important for you to know that there are some things that you need to do before applying for these scholarships. If you want to apply for a scholarship or grant, then here are six steps that will help you gain admission into a top university in the US on a full scholarship:

1. Know what kind of scholarships exist

2. Research about different colleges and universities

3. Make sure that your college or university is accredited by an accrediting agency such as WASC or NCAA

4. Check if they offer financial aid packages and grants such as TA/RA positions and teaching assistantships

5. Create an online profile using LinkedIn and other social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter (these platforms can help connect with professionals who may be able to help with internships, jobs or even internship opportunities)

6. Write a well-written essay

Find out if you’re qualified

If you’ve read this far, chances are you’re already wondering if you have what it takes to attend one of the best universities in the world. We can’t tell you for sure, but we can help.

To start, take a look at our list of admissions requirements by major. You’ll find that each major has its own set of requirements that must be met before applying to BU. Some majors are more competitive than others so it may take extra time and effort on your part to ensure that your application meets all of these requirements.

Once you know which major(s) interest you most, check out our academic calendar to see when we release applications for each major. Once an application becomes available, make sure to complete it as soon as possible (we recommend sooner rather than later).
